Information you provide

If you submit the contact form, ZENKAIQ receives the name, work email, company, optional phone number, message, and attribution information you choose or permit the browser to provide. This information is used to respond to your inquiry and evaluate the requested business opportunity.

Website analytics

This website uses first-party analytics to understand page visits, approximate visitor counts, country-level reach, referral sources, device categories, engagement with site content, and movement through the contact funnel. The system uses an access address transiently to derive country and a one-way visitor estimate; raw IP addresses are not stored. Contact-form message contents, names, phone numbers, and email addresses are not included in analytics events.

Campaign attribution

Standard UTM parameters and the referring page may be retained for the current browser session so ZENKAIQ can understand which outreach led to an inquiry.

Service providers

The website uses its hosting provider for first-party analytics, delivery, and security, and may use Cloudflare Turnstile for anti-abuse checks and Resend for contact-form email delivery. Each provider processes information under its own terms.

Retention and choices

Inquiry information is intended to be kept only as long as reasonably necessary for the business conversation and applicable obligations. Analytics records are intended to be retained only for the period needed to understand website performance. Browser and privacy controls may limit some measurements.
