360° Enterprise Intelligence Blueprint

How we scope and price the 360° Blueprint

Fixed price, agreed before we start, based on a scope you can count. The published band is $15,000–$25,000 over 10–15 working days.

No hourly billing

Your cost should not become less predictable because the work takes longer.

Our approach to pricing

A fixed price, agreed before work starts.

We do not bill hourly. Hourly billing makes your cost unpredictable and rewards us for taking longer. Instead, the price is based on three things that can be counted during scoping: domains, major source systems, and leadership interviews.

Working days begin when we are ready to start—the questionnaire is returned, participants are scheduled, and access has been requested. You are not paying for a clock that runs while we wait. Larger scopes are quoted as an Expanded Blueprint, and we will say so during scoping.

The three things that set the price

Scope is defined in terms both sides can audit.

Domain

A business function in the question

A function with its own leadership, operating rhythm, and core system—such as Finance, Workforce, Operations, Projects, or Sales.

Up to 4
System

A major source needed for the answer

A system whose structure and keys must be understood. A spreadsheet counts when it is the only place important information lives.

Up to 6
Interview

A 45–60 minute leadership session

One named individual, or a group of up to three covering one perspective. Kickoff and final readout are included and not counted.

Up to 6
What it costs

Three configurations define the published band.

ScopeDurationInvestment
2 domains · 3 systems · 4 interviews10 working days$15,000
3 domains · 4–5 systems · 5 interviews12 working days$18,000–$20,000
4 domains · 6 systems · 6 interviews15 working days$22,000–$25,000
Worked example

A 450-person engineering consultancy.

Illustrative example, not a client engagement.

Project delivery margin has fallen for three quarters. Finance points to labor cost, Delivery points to scope creep, and Sales points to pricing pressure. Nobody can show how much each factor contributed.

The question crosses four domains: Finance, Workforce, Delivery, and Sales. The evidence sits across six major sources: an ERP, HRIS, project and time system, two CRM instances left by an acquisition, and an allocation spreadsheet that exists nowhere else. Six leadership interviews are needed to define the question and reconcile the competing explanations.

That configuration sits at the top of the published band: four domains, six systems, six interviews, fifteen working days, and a $25,000 fixed price. The price is the consequence of the counted scope, not an hourly estimate hidden behind a fixed-fee label.

How you pay

Payment is tied to delivery.

You pay when something has been delivered and accepted. The top-of-band configuration uses three milestones; smaller engagements use two.

MilestoneTop-of-band payment
On mobilization—reserves the delivery window and covers Phase 1$7,500
On acceptance of the mapping deliverables$7,500
On final acceptance and executive readout$10,000

The Phase 1 break point

At the end of week one we present the framed problem, the evidence path, and an honest assessment of whether it can be answered with the data you have. At that point either of us can stop. Nothing further is payable because Phase 1 is already covered by the mobilization payment. No refund to negotiate, no exit invoice.

What we need from you

The price assumes these are in place.

  • An executive sponsor with authority over the problem.
  • Named participants, confirmed and scheduled before work begins.
  • A short pre-work questionnaire completed in advance—about 20–30 minutes.
  • Up to 10 existing reports or artifacts.
  • Read access, or a prepared extract, for the proof thread.
What is not included

Known now, not assumed later.

  • No production data pipelines or production data model.
  • No production dashboard or reporting application.
  • No data-quality remediation.
  • No exhaustive analysis of every system in the organization.
  • No statistical proof of root cause.
Why we scope this tightly

Two to three weeks is enough for a reliable first model.

It is not enough to analyze every system in a large enterprise. Any firm promising that at this price and duration is either mispricing the work or intending to renegotiate later.

We would rather tell you exactly what fits in the window, deliver it, and be judged on that. The Blueprint defines what should be built and what it will take. Building it is a separate engagement—and you are free to build it with your own team or another partner.
